Veterinary Center is a small animal veterinary hospital locally owned and
operated by Dr. Christine Lipscomb. She has worked in the Salem area
for over a decade providing quality veterinary care to her patients and
started OVVC in order to blend modern veterinary techniques with the
personal attention you would expect from your home town veterinarian.
