Management
Brittni Lipscomb
Practice Manager
Brittni has worked at OVVC as the Practice Manager since opening in 2007.  Even though animals have always been a passion, she truly enjoys the people her position allows her to come in contact with.

"People who care about their pets are a different caliber of person, and I love being able to work with both the staff and clients who share that."

When not at work, Brittni enjoys writing, filmmaking and spending time with her daughter.  She has a cat named Xander and a dog named Gabriel.
Kim Lobdell
 Assistant Manager
Kim Lobdell
Kim started working for OVVC in 2007 when the clinic opened as a veterinary assistant.  After working for almost a year as an assistant, she found her passion in reception.  With her strong work ethic and welcoming personality she made her way from receptionist to lead receptionist and finally to assistant manager.

Kim has a BA in Anthropology from Central Washington University and OVVC is the first veterinary clinic she has worked for.

When not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She has one dog, a mastiff mix named Jasmine and two cats, Jewel and Ryo.

Veterinary Assistants
Joe Lipscomb
Veterinary Assistant
Joe began working at OVVC as an Animal Care Taker.  His attention to detail helped him quickly become an indispensible part of our team.  He worked his way from Animal Care Taker to Technician's Assistant then to Veterinary Assistant.

He has recently begun to train new employees on hospital protocols and policies and assist in streamlining the clinic with new ideas and innovations in making our clinic function as environmentally green as possible.

When not at work, Joe enjoys riding his motorcycle, drumming and spending time with his friends.

Adolfo Aldona
Veterinary Assistant
When Adolfo joined the team at OVVC, he fit in immediately.  With his ease with speaking to people and strong work ethic he was a logical decision to move up to Veterinary Assisting.

Adolfo is currently going to school for Automotive Technologies and Business and once his schooling is completed hopes to own his own automotive shop.

When not at work, he enjoys working on cars and hanging out with friends.  He has two dogs, a dashund named Juno and a Westie mix named Rusty.

Receptionists
Matt Lipscomb
Receptionist
Matt has always been around animals, growing up with a family of animal lovers.  He has a natural way with people and is a great asset to OVVC.  His easy going and caring personality along with an ability to connect with clients has made him an indispensible part of the reception team.

Matt has been OVVC's evening and Saturday receptionist since November 2007 and is working while going to school.  He is attending Chemeketa Community College studying criminal justice.

When not at work, Matt enjoys building furniture (like poker tables, coffee tables and entertainment centers), hunting, riding dirt bikes, and camping with friends and family.
