Dr. Katie Morrow

Dr. Morrow received her undergraduate degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University. She then attended veterinary school and graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2006.

 

During her senior year as a vet student, she took the Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians course. She then spent a year at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, WA for a large animal internship, focusing mainly on horses, alpacas and small ruminants (such as sheep and goats). After her internship, Dr. Morrow started a job at Crater Animal Clinic, a mixed animal hospital in Central Point, Oregon where she worked on all species ranging from pigs and alpacas to dogs, cats and rabbits.

 

Dr. Morrow joined Orchard View Veterinary Center in May of 2010. Dr. Morrow’s special interests include acupuncture, pain management, and stem cell therapy. Outside of the clinic Dr. Morrow can be found riding her horse, reading a novel or spending some time in the garden.
